The Challenge

Between September 2023 and January 2024, a consumer services brand was looking to build product awareness, drive web traffic and boost sales volume of two new products they had recently launched.

In today’s turbulent economy, the brand wanted assistance pulling consumers through the purchase funnel journey.

The Strategy & Solution

Leveraging Intent Connect’s self optimising segments to enhance audience targeting in real time, paired with its comprehensive retargeting capabilities, the campaign was able to reach the right high-intent audiences to drive increased engagement and conversion rates. This strategy was paired with execution via high impact formats including display and rich media, as well as social amplification.

The Results

The campaign achieved significant uplift, with the self optimising segments driving a phenomenal 500% increase in social carousel interaction rates compared with Intent Connect’s standard audience targeting segments.

Brand Story click through rates also increased by 27.8%, as did Display click through rates by 21.3%, compared with Intent Connect’s standard audience targeting segments. Overall, the campaign delivered a total average engagement increase of 132%.
